How Invisalign Works

First, sophisticated 3D computer modeling is used to map out each step in the progression of your treatment plan, from the initial position of your teeth to the final results. Thanks to this technology, you can see your beautiful new smile before you've even started treatment.

Once Dr. Fallah has established your treatment plan, precise instructions are sent to Invisalign, where your customized aligners are constructed. The number of aligners will vary according to each patient's individual needs - there can be as few as 12 and as many as 48 in a treatment program.

Each aligner is worn for about two weeks and as you progress through the program, your teeth are gradually moved into their final, optimal alignment. Invisalign aligners are easy to remove for meals or for brushing and flossing, so during your treatment you can usually eat and drink whatever you like.
