Dr. Fallah provides care from a holistic and biological perspective, integrating proven principles and the latest technologies to treat a myriad of dental concerns. It is our sincere desire to assist our patients in achieving a better state of being.

Before attending UCLA Dental School, Dr. Fallah received a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). In his educational career at UCLA, he ranked in the top 6 percent of the nation on his National Board Examinations.

Dr. Fallah completed a residency with the prestigious Contemporary Cosmetic Dentistry Program in Los Angeles and trained at the esteemed Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, where he perfected his skills in cosmetic dentistry under the tutelage of leading dentists in that field. His progressive education includes numerous modern methodologies such as jaw orthopedics, neuromuscular occlusion treatments, Invisalign, and full-mouth reconstruction. His 2002 fellowship, and 2015 mastership at the International College of Cranio-mandibular Orthopedics taught him various aspects of cranio-mandibular dysfunction, or TMJ, as well as optimal treatment programs for this condition.

Dr. Fallah has added additional innovative steps patients mercury exposures.

Dr. Fallah merges knowledge of dentistry and nutritional principles into our Carlsbad practice and collaborates with a network of physicians and healthcare professionals. Many patients who have received this form of care from Dr. Fallah report immense relief from chronic headaches and neck pain.

Hi, my name is Teresa Riverwood and I’ve been a patient of Doctor Fallah since 2004, Since he had a practice in Beverly Hills and I'm now following him down to San Diego and is worth every minute of the two plus hour drive. He's a holistic dentist and that is what I appreciate the most. Actually, I appreciate his gentle hand and his his, wonderful Caring personality the most actually and then that is a holistic dentist on top of that, he really helps assess my issues that I have as my body as a whole and not just my teeth. I came to Doctor Fallah because I had had some bridges that had gone bad and many years of just deterioration and I put it off and put it off and put it off and I wasn't sure that there was much that anybody could do for me. In the meantime, I had felt really bad about the way I was looking that it seemed like all of a sudden I turned 50, but I Was looking like I was 60 or 65 and Didn't really know why I knew The teeth were not good, but Didn't realise that that was affecting How I felt. Overall, and how I looked overall and I would get ready in the Morning and look in the mirror once and then not. Look in the mirror for the rest Of the day, and if I would Catch myself in a window or glass or something I was pretty much taken back by how old I looked and sometimes didn't even recognise myself. So when I came I wasn't really sure about what all could be done And in a very short period of time, Doctor Fallah, Really changed not only my appearance, but my confidence level is back up again and I'm feeling, Better about being In front of People and presenting myself. I worked in the schools and High school and I Was a little bit afraid of the kids and their reaction to me because my appearance had gotten so bad and it really wasn't so much the kids that it was How I felt about myself and how I was presenting myself and I just feel so much better. My experiencehas, was really coloured from the very first day that I called the Office I found the website and I called the office and was just really impressed by the staff. The staffing is so nice and friendly and I thought well Maybe it won't be this way after five or six visits, but the staff is genuinely very helpful, kind, concerned, Nice and I think that you get a staff like that when you have A lean person, The doctor is that kind of person they don't, they really reflect what the kind of person he is, and that's what I’ve seen, very impressed with Doctor Fallah. Good caring person who enjoys what he does Enjoys seeing a difference in people and My sense is that he doesn't necessarily do it for the money.
